All Canadian Select Salmon is sourced from local British Columbia Fisheries to ensure the best quality and grade. All the salmon is inspected and sampled by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. 

Their salmon is smoked over hardwood (80% cherry wood) at the perfect temperature and time which brings out the subtle and blended flavours of the wild salmon and cherry wood smoke. 

This smoked salmon requires no refrigeration before opening and contains no added preservatives beyond the natural smoking technique.
