We hope that you love your Canadian Made products as much as we do! If for some reason you don't, please let us know! You can email us at info@localboom.ca to let us know what the issue is and we will work it out from there.

Because of the intimate and/or handmade nature of many of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with a product, let us know within 7 days and we will see what can be worked out with the maker of the item. In most cases, we can offer an exchange or in store credit within 7 days.

For damaged products, we require photo of the damaged item, as well as photo of the packaging box that you received your order in. Do not dispose of anything until you contact us. 

All underwear, deodorant, toothpaste, socks, nail polish, and skincare are final sale. 

All food products are final sale (no returns or exchanges)

All orders placed with coupon codes or discounts, or gift sets are final sale. 

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. 

If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery, you will be refunded minus the shipping costs (original and return shipping)

We will do everything possible to appease the situation, please just let us know!
