When will I receive my order?
We currently have a free shipping promotion on orders over $35, please use code FREESHIP during checkout.
We try to process and ship orders within 24 hours of it being placed. Most orders arrive within 2-8 business days unless you are in a remote area.
If you live in the Vancouver Greater Area, we have "pick up at store" options available during checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are very expensive in Canada but we try to mitigate this with low minimum orders (dollar value) so that all Canadians can have access to Canadian made products. We also ship to the UK, USA and other international destinations.
BC, AB, SASK, MB, ONT: Free shipping over $50
Quebec/Rest of Canada: Free Shipping over $75
USA Shipping (4-8 business days):
Please note, that due to the current US regime, fees are associated with USA shipments.
1) Orders $3.99 USD–$65.00 = Shipping Charge USD $25.00 (Customs Fees Included)
2) Orders $65.01 USD–$120.00 = Shipping Charge USD $40.00 (Customs Fees Included)
3) Orders $120.01 USD–$250.00 = Shipping Charge USD $55.00 (Customs Fees Included)
International Shipping (UK, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Mexico): $18CAD shipping flat fee, or free over $100.00
- In most cases we ship with a local courier, Purolator or UPS. If you have a PO box or are in a remote area we will use Canada Post.
- Please ensure buzzer numbers are included if applicable.
How is the order shipped?
For the most part we use local couriers and Purolator or UPS for all our shipping. For larger orders we may use FedEx or Canpar depending on your location. If you wish to use a different carrier contact us at info@localboom.ca to arrange.
If you have a PO box or are in a remote area we will use Canada Post.
PO Box orders and remote area orders cannot be expedited.
International and USA orders are usually sent with USPS, UPS, DHL or a local courier.
