Dark chocolate, cool peppermint and a little crunch. Zimt Peppermint Nib’d is a vegan dark chocolate bar made in Vancouver with cacao nibs, coconut sugar, cocoa butter and peppermint oil. The nibs add texture to every bite, while peppermint gives the rich chocolate a fresh finish.
Peppermint Dark Chocolate with Cacao Nibs
Zimt starts with its 80% dark chocolate and adds crunchy cacao nibs, peppermint oil and a touch of extra coconut sugar. The cacao nibs bring the bar’s overall cacao content slightly above 80%. It’s a lovely choice when you want the depth of dark chocolate with the familiar flavour of mint.
