Sweetgrass Smudge Braids (Local and Organic)

Utilize our Sweetgrass smudge braids, grown locally and organically by a community of Indigenous First Nations, to cleanse the spirit and invite positive, uplifting energy through purification. 

Also called Seneca grass, holy grass, buffalo grass, and vanilla grass, this special herb has been called the sacred hair of Mother Earth.

Aromatic herb used in rituals - sweet grass braids are burned as incense in an abalone shell or heat resistant dish. Add a little sand for insulation, ignite, and blow out flame for purifying smoke. For energy healing, fan the smoke around the body to balance Chakras.

Its sweet, vanilla-like scent gives a calming effect when used during rituals and circles.
