For thousands of years, chai has been celebrated for its reputed health benefits. This ancient beverage is believed to have originated in India approximately 5,000 years ago without any tea leaves, milk, or sugar. In fact, the word 'chai' itself translates to 'tea' in India, therefore 'chai tea' is redundant.

With Old Growth Beverages' Microground Chai however, you can experience the full flavour with no hassle - just add water and enjoy! Perfect for those leading busy lives, it can be savoured hot or cold at a moment's notice.
Directions: Dissolve 1 tablespoon of natural ground tea in hot water. Top up to 250 ml (1 cup) of water, milk or other alternatives. Can be enjoyed hot or cold. Adjust tea amount to taste.
Organic Ingredients: sugar, black tea, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, peppercorn, clove, tapioca starch

How much is shipping and how long will it take to get my order?
We ship free on most orders over $40-$50 depending on the area. Shipping timeframe is usually within 5-7 business days unless a faster ship rate is selected during checkout. We cannot expedite orders to PO boxes or remote areas.
Do you offer in store pick up?
Yes! "Pick Up in Store" in store will be presented to you at checkout if you wish to pick up instead of having it shipped. We will notify you when it is ready.
