Ingredients: Aqua (distilled water), 13% wild yam extract (Dioscorea villosa root), emulsifying wax nf (polawax), grape seed oil, kosher vegetable glycerine, cetyl alcohol, chaste tree berry extract (Vitex agnus-castus), black cohosh extract (Cimicifuga racemosa), msm (methylsulfonylmethane), sweet almond oil, panthenol (provitamin B5), 1,2-hexanedoil & caprylyl glycol, vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol), organic aloe vera gel (Aloe vera).
Contains no soy, dairy or gluten.

I'm only giving a 4 star rating because it has only been 2 weeks since I started using it. But so far so good.
It absorbs quickly and has a pleasant subtle fragrance.
I’ve just started to use it but so far I’m noticing some good changes, such as cramps are creating much less pain. Looking forward to some good long term results while balancing hormones.

Do you have a store and where are you located?
Our Gift Shop is in Vancouver, BC at 504 East Broadway. The inventory is the same as what you see online. If its in stock online, we have it in the store (call us to confirm first please). Come say hi if you can :)
How much is shipping and how long will it take to get my order?
We ship free on most orders over $40-$50 depending on the area. Shipping timeframe is usually within 5-7 business days unless a faster ship rate is selected during checkout. We cannot expedite orders to PO boxes or remote areas.
Do you offer in store pick up?
Yes! "Pick Up in Store" in store will be presented to you at checkout if you wish to pick up instead of having it shipped. We will notify you when it is ready.
