Mandy's currently has a total of 9 locations in Montreal, but they have plans to open a new location in the South Shore area during the summer. In Toronto, there are currently 3 storefronts, with plans for two more, as well as 3 ghost kitchens. In addition, there will be another location opening in Ottawa and a few more Mandy's locations coming soon to Vancouver. The founders of Mandy's, who are also bestselling cookbook authors, have expanded their brand to include various retail products and their popular salad dressings can be found in grocery stores both in Canada and internationally.
Mandy continues to be the Creative Food Director and Chef, while Rebecca designs all locations and heads Brand Marketing.
When they’re not making salads, they can often be found raising their vegetable-loving kids in the heart of Montreal.
