After a friend launched their own candle business, I noticed a plethora of fun scents that weren't being utilized. This inspired the formation of Coconut Candle Company and our commitment to the craft of candle making utilizing both traditional and offbeat scents.

We decided to use coconut wax due to its excellent burning qualities; although pricier per pound, it produces a slow, clean burn and excellent scent throw. Coconut wax is a unique blend of raw coconut meat oils, which are hydrogenated to form the wax.
