Caplansky's Deli Mustard

I am Zane Caplansky, a 4th generation Deli Man, following in the footsteps of my great grandmother who created legendary corned beef sandwiches for the workers of Toronto's garment district. Opening my deli in 2008, I decided to use many of her treasured recipes. I'm not sure if Bubby Molly made her own mustard, but I do.

At first, we only made it for our own sandwiches, but soon people were taking it off the tables, so we started jarring and selling it. Today, our four flavors - Ballpark, Horseradish, Spicy, and Old Fashioned - can be found in over 600 butcher shops and fine food stores.

Not only are Caplansky's Deli Mustards Kosher, all natural, gluten-free, vegan, and made in a nut-free facility without GMOs, but every jar sold also helps feed a child.
