I ordered on Dec 4, but when i leave my home for long vacation on Dec 23, i still have not received yet and it also already passed 5-12 business days to deliver the items.
On Dec 25, I sent a requirement for returning due to lateness of delivery. Local Boom replied me and requested to pay for delivery fee and they will refund when they received the goods and they will minus delivery fee before refund! What a terrible service!

Your order was shipped promptly from Vancouver to Halifax (for FREE) using the free shipping option you selected, which is listed as up to 12 business days. We were not notified of any specific deadline or time-sensitive need, otherwise we would have gladly recommended one of our paid, faster shipping methods to ensure it arrived when required.
We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially around the holidays, and we shared the same wish for on-time delivery. If you'd still like to return the item, we can of course accept it following our standard return policy, which requires the return shipping cost to be covered by the customer.
