Since day one, The Local Boom has had a simple mission: make it easy to discover and support Canadian brands. Long before “shop local” became a headline, we were building a Canadian-only online gift shop that celebrates small makers, indie entrepreneurs, and the creativity found in every province and territory.
According to the Internet Archive (Wayback Machine), Local Boom was operating as a Canadian-only online gift shop as early as late summer 2017.
