What is Local Boom?
The Local Boom is a collective of All Canadian Brands from across our country. Our model is simple and transparent. To provide Canadians with high quality local and Canadian products while donating back into our communities from coast to coast.
Our passion is to empower entrepreneurs and local Canadian people.
What is "Powerful Shopping"
Your money is a powerful tool that can be used in many positive ways. We all shop and we all need products like soap, shampoo, snacks, clothes etc. Local Boom is focused on bringing all these things to you in one place. When you choose to shop with Local Boom you are joining a powerful movement that will positive effect Canadians everywhere!
Do you have a physical store?
Yes we do! Our Gift Store is located in the bustling Mount Pleasant neighbourhood in Vancouver, BC. 504 East Broadway.
Where do you donate to and how much?
We do not discriminate when it comes to helping those in need. We donate to men's, women's, and youth shelters, pet rescues, food banks, and average every day Canadians. If you have a suggestion or idea of where you would like your powerful shopping dollar to be spent, please let us know!
We donate parts of profits, meaning the more we can sell the more we can donate. We do not have a set % at the moment. Since we are still new we donate and sponsor to our maximum capability. This we can guarantee!
How do I get involved? How can I help?
For "Local Boomers" (our customers): Giving back and helping support people is a very human thing. Especially for us Canadians. We understand that everyone has good intentions but it can sometimes be overwhelming deciding where and when to give. When you shop with Local Boom, it makes everything easier. We will work within your communities to give back and keep you updated every step of the way. Powerful shopping is "feel good shopping". Spreading the word about Local Boom and everything we are doing is the best way you can help (other than shopping of course!)
For our "Friendtreprenuers" (suppliers): Shoot us an email about your product or company and why you want to get involved. We are always looking for positive, ethical, and community based companies to join our collective mission!

Most orders ship free over $50.00 or $75.00
BC Orders: Ship free over $40
Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario Orders: Ship free over $50.00
Rest of Canada: Ships free over $75.00
