The Eye Serum Roller (by Rebels Refinery) has a stainless steel rollerball which feels cool to the skin; great for tired eyes. Because the serum applies thinly, I found I needed to use an eye cream on top of the serum. I’ve only been using this for about 3 weeks, but so far I like how it cools the skin under the eyes.
