Enjoy Ayur Shakti as tea or as golden milk. For a comforting tea, simply brew it in hot water. For a richer experience, try it as golden milk by simmering with milk or a milk alternative.

We highly recommend simmering the tea with water or milk for 5 minutes in a saucepan and then straining to enjoy. You can also sweeten it with honey or your preferred sweetener for an added touch. Enjoy it warm for a soothing effect or pour over ice for a chilled treat.

All ingredients used in Ayur Shakti are organic. Sweet licorice, sourced from South Africa, adds a natural sweetness. The other six ingredients come from India. Turmeric is complemented with black pepper and ginger, creating a powerful blend. Clove and cinnamon bring a warming depth to the mix. Tulsi, known as holy basil, is revered in India for its medicinal uses and holds a sacred place in our recipe. Ginger adds a zesty kick, enhancing the overall flavor profile and providing additional health benefits.
