Sweet Monk was born when we found a need that wasn’t currently being met by other products on the market. Our busy lives include sports, working on the road, raising a family, and being health conscious all at the same time, something that isn’t always easy to achieve.

We want to live a healthy lifestyle while still being able to enjoy some of life's simple pleasures, sweet tooth anyone? We want to satisfy the diet requirements of an elite athlete and at the same time provide yummy yogurt to the two-year-old without creating a sugar crash right after breakfast. Sweet Monk does all of that.
